Welcome to Global Breeding Hub. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Registration and Accuracy of Data

By submitting a stud dog or litter registration, you certify that you are the legal owner or authorized agent of the dog(s). All data provided, including official registration numbers, pedigree details, and health testing results, must be 100% accurate, truthful, and official.

2. User Responsibility and Indemnification

Global Breeding Hub acts solely as an advertising platform and listing directory. We do not verify the physical health, genetic status, or ownership claims of the listed dogs. Users and breeders carry full responsibility for checking the authenticity of any information and certificates before undertaking any breeding arrangements. You agree to indemnify Global Breeding Hub against any legal claims resulting from incorrect data submitted by you.

3. Pricing policy

All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of all applicable indirect taxes (such as VAT, GST, or Sales Tax) based on the customer's billing location. For customers residing in non-EU jurisdictions where no tax registration threshold applies, local sales taxes or VAT are charged only where required by applicable local law and integrated into our checkout system.

The total price shown at checkout is the full amount we charge you, in Euros (€) — no additional fees are added by us beyond this. However, international customers paying with a non-Euro card may see a different amount on their bank or card statement due to currency conversion, and may be charged a separate foreign transaction fee by their own card issuer (typically 0–3%) — this is outside our control and not included in the price shown at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services (instant directory publication and advertising placements), performance begins immediately upon successful payment. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Law. All sales of digital ad space and listings are final and non-refundable once published.

5. Cancellation and Unpaid Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your listing will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. If a renewal payment fails or remains unpaid, your listing will automatically be suspended and subsequently canceled after a 30-day grace period.

6. Payment Processing and Financial Terms

All payment processing for purchases, listings, or financial transactions made through our website is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe").

• Third-Party Terms: By placing an order or authorizing a transaction, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement and Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Payment Data Security: We do not collect, process, or store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or financial credentials on our servers. All sensitive billing data is provided directly to Stripe.
• Refunds and Cancellations: All transactions are subject to our Cancelation & Refund Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

7. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or submitting information through our site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your account, security updates, orders, and transactional notices.

• Email Delivery: We utilize third-party email distribution services, including Resend, Inc. ("Resend"), to deliver transactional emails, system alerts, and receipts.
• Account Email Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining a valid, accessible email address in your account settings. We are not responsible for unreceived notifications due to invalid contact details or automated email filtering.

8. Data Storage, Uploaded Media, and Infrastructure

We utilize third-party cloud hosting, Content Delivery Networks (CDN), and storage infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare") to host user content, media assets, and website data.

• Ownership and License: You retain all ownership rights to any content, media, or files you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the service.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, store, or transmit any files or content that contain viruses, malware, or malicious code, infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, or violate applicable local, state, or international laws.
• User Representation and Compliance with AI Regulations: By uploading any images or content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:(a) You own all rights or have secured all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to upload and store the content.(b) If the uploaded content is artificially generated or manipulated using Artificial Intelligence ("AI-Generated Content" or "Deepfakes"), you have complied with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and relevant metadata, labelling, and disclosure requirements. (c) The content does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, nor does it attempt to deceive or mislead others in violation of applicable laws.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right to audit, flag, or remove any stored content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

9. Listing Duration, Expiry, and Renewal Reminders

Stud dog listings remain active for 12 months from the date of submission. Litter listings remain active for 12 weeks from the date of submission. Before a listing expires, we will send a reminder email to the address provided at registration — approximately 4 weeks before expiry for stud dog listings, and approximately 1 week before expiry for litter listings.

If a listing is not renewed before its expiry date, it will automatically be deactivated and removed from public search results. A final notification email will be sent when this occurs.

10. Third-Party Service Providers and Service Availability

Our services depend on network connections, cloud infrastructure, and operational software provided by third-party vendors, including Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare.

• While we implement standard security and performance practices, we do not warrant that third-party services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for service interruptions, delivery failures, latency, or data loss directly caused by outages or technical failures of our third-party infrastructure providers.

11. Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any listing or account without prior notice if we have reason to believe the submitted data is fraudulent, incorrect, or violates animal welfare or the principles of the FCI or its recognized partner clubs.

12. Third-Party Sub-processors

We engage third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to support our platform infrastructure, process payments, and manage communications. Each provider is bound by privacy and security terms consistent with our policies and applicable laws.

13. Independent Directory Status

Global Breeding Hub operates solely as a private promotional hub and listing directory. We do not register dogs, issue official pedigrees, verify registry ownership, or act as an official branch or agent for any kennel club or registration authority. Users are responsible for maintaining their own official registrations and compliance with their respective kennel clubs.
