Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Global Breeding Hub is an international online directory designed to connect registered stud dog owners, preservation breeders, and puppy buyers worldwide. We only publish purebred stud dogs and litters registered with the FCI and its officially recognized partner registries (AKC, CKC,KC,ANKC,DNZ)

Yes. We do check the pedigrees attached before allowing the ad go through. However we are unable to verify their authenticity due to all countries having their own document. Buyers and breeders are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of a pedigree certificate directly with the stud dog owner or national kennel club.

No. All data, dna and health results, are submitted independently by users. While spot checks are conducted and false listings are removed, buyers and breeders are solely responsible for verifying physical health clearances, official pedigrees, certificates, and litter registrations directly with the dog owner or national kennel clubs.

Yes, absolutely! Even if your dog isn't a show star or widely known, listing him is highly valuable for preserving and expanding the genetic diversity of the breed. As long as your dog meets the necessary health testing standards, temperament evaluations, and breed requirements, listing him offers breeders a welcomed alternative to help maintain healthy genetic variation.

All stud dogs listed on our platform must be at least 12 months of age. While some registries technically accept sire registrations at 8 months, our platform enforces a 12-month minimum to ensure dogs have reached basic physical maturity and had adequate time for initial health evaluations before being promoted for stud service.

Age limit alone does not mean that the dog is eligible for breeding. Stud owners and breeders are strictly required to comply with all breeding, health clearance, and registry regulations enforced by their respective national or regional Kennel Club. Global Breeding Hub functions solely as an independent promotional platform and directory; we do not verify, certify, or monitor regional health clearances or regulatory compliance. It is the sole responsibility of the arranging parties to ensure all regional requirements are met before mating.

Please check our current pricing table for detailed information. Please note that we reserve the right to update or change our prices without prior notice.

When you click the gear icon, you will be asked for the email address you listed your stud dog or litter with. Type it in and hit the button and if there is a listing with that email, you will receive a magic edit link. This link is valid 1 time and for 2 hours. You can only request magic link once in every 24 hours. For now this feature is free of charge but we will follow the traffic and decide later on possible fee for it.

Yes, you can change most of the information at 'manage your listing' (under gear icon). Restrictions:

STUD DOG You cannot change stud dog name or registration number.

LITTER ANNOUNCEMENT You cannot change kennel / breeder name, sire or dam. NOTE: on litter gallery you can change photo to a slot once in every 24 hours to prevent spam.

If you accidentally mistyped any of above mentioned unchangable information, kindly contact info@globalbreedinghub.com for support.

No worries! You can do that any time at 'manage your listing' (under gear icon). Change your listing from expected to born and system will prompt you to add the birth day of the litter. Remember that you can also add a photo gallery for your litter afterwards!

Yes, absolutely. Whether you are creating a new profile for a foundation sire or updating an active listing after a loss, you can select or toggle the status to In Memoriam at any time through the registration process or your listing management portal. This respectfully displays the "🕊️ In Memoriam" badge over the dog's photo while keeping all pedigree data, health clearances, and the ❄️ Frozen Semen Available badge active so preservation breeders worldwide can continue to discover and inquire about remaining straws.

No. Because digital listings go live immediately upon payment and admin check, all sales are final and non-refundable. Completing your purchase constitutes consent to immediate service delivery, waiving any statutory right of withdrawal (including the EU 14-day cooling-off period).

You will receive an email reminder before your listing expires—roughly 4 weeks prior for stud dog listings and 1 week prior for litters.

STUD DOG subscription is continuous by default. You can any time end your subscription at 'manage your listing' (under gear icon).

LITTER ANNOUNCEMENT is one time 12 week subscription and if it is left unrenewed within 72 hour grace period, the listing will automatically deactivate and be removed from public search results.

You can do that any time at 'manage your listing' (under gear icon).

Choose 'manage subscription' next to your stud dog's name and you will be redirected to Stripe's billing page. There you can end your subscription, reactivate your subscription (unless stud dog is removed), change valid card for payment etc. If you end your subscription in the middle of the paid period, there is no refund.

If you want to remove your dog from the listing, after subscription has been ended, you can use the 'remove' button. This is irreversable and if afterwards you want your stud back online, you would need to buy new subscription.

Did you notice the option for frozen semen? Even if your stud would have retired or passed, you can keep listing for the semen.

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. Sensitive financial data, such as full credit card numbers and CVVs, is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on Global Breeding Hub servers.
